Three days of design

We bring you the most notable lighting news from the 3daysofdesign design festival in Copenhagen.

DCW Interactive Design

DCW surprised Copenhagen with a new display, featuring both old favorites and new arrivals. The Mono pendant light, which can be dimmed and switched by touching the protruding rod, was particularly eye-catching.

This year’s new addition was the Niwaki table lamp, inspired by Japanese pine trees, which with its flowing, playful form is ideal for balancing the rigor of a room.

Sculptures for home

Both Wästberg and Pholc presented new sculptural lighting.

Wästberg’s new monumental table lamp Pawson creates a unique contrast between material and light. The luminaire with a recognizable profile is functional in its indirect light, which creates a cozy backdrop for the room. The lamp is available in two versions – white marble or matte aluminum.

Bold and striking in form, the Pholc Meter floor lamps combine rigor with softness. The aluminum stem and cocoon fabric body create a light but solid overall impression.

Soft-shaped Sasi

Nuura complemented the collection with the soft-lined Sasi wall lamp, whose decorative silver or brass metal body reflects the light radiating from a hidden source.
